Exciting News!!

Hey friends! I hope you all had a wonderful 3 day weekend...I know I did. It was full of family, resting, NO plans, and some very VERY exciting news!

SEAN AND I FOUND A TOWNHOUSE!

With the wedding coming so quickly, we decided we better start thinking of a plan B, since we still haven't heard anything on the house.....we're thinking it will go into foreclosure. We are coming to terms that renting for a little while may be the best thing right now. It relieves the stress of not knowing where we will be living, and not to mention the townhouse we found is GORGEOUS! It has almost every upgrade you could think of and is almost the same square footage as the house we wanted. Not to mention we know the landlords and they are awesome :-)

We will be moving July 1st!! AND we will be adding a little edition to our family at that time :-) Can't wait!

I am also super excited that we found an incredible deal on furinture! We got a sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman all for 750!  It looks similar to this

The new jobs have also been going great for both Sean and I....we are finally adjusting and settling into our new schedules! I miss you all, I am off to read and catch up on your lovely lifes!

Some things are Bitter Sweet

Today was my last day at my job. I have worked with this company for the past 6 years, all which were great! In case you didn't know, I worked at an elementary school in a morning and after school program. I am completely overwhelmed with the love and support from both my coworkers and all the kids during this big transition in my life. 
It was definitely hard to say goodbye to the kids...I really got to see how big of a part of their lives I am, and they are in mine. They surprised me with this decorated picture frame, and a lunch box for my new job...haha how cute huh?

I also got some beautiful flowers, a super cute scarf and necklace as well as a gift card from my co-workers. I will miss them very much...they were more than co workers, they are good friends. 

I will miss having a job that I get paid to go to water parks, museums, movies, and amusement parks. However, I know I have to move on.
Starting new chapters in life can be scary. I am excited, nervous, anxious and every other emotion possible about starting my new job tomorrow. I don't know what to expect, but I am sure it will all be just fine. 
I am going to be enjoying my last afternoon off with my friend Molly! My blogging will be a little inconsistent and scarce until I get settled into my new schedule! Happy Wednesday friends!

Friday News!

Today is SUCH a fabulous Friday! The sun is shining, the weekend is here, and I have been SO blessed with some great news!
My sweet friend Ria at Life as a Wife! referred me for a postition with the company she was working for, and I was offered the job! I am SOO excited for this opportunity! What a blessing that Sean and me were both offered great job opportunities within a week of each other! And a HUGE thank you too Ria!!! 

This weekend will be fabulous for many reasons!
1. Twins game tonight with some friends...no we don't have tickets, but we will be going out to get some wings and to watch it! 
2. Sleeping in tomorrow, it has been a LONG time since I have been able to sleep in so I can't wait!
3. Mothers day! I have the most amazing mom in the world! She has always been supportive, caring, SO loving, and always worked so hard to provide my sisters and I with anything we needed or wanted! I am so thankful for my mom and can't wait to spend the day celebrating her greatness! I LOVE YOU MOM!
