Here is Our Story...

This is Sean
Sean is a 20 something ! He is the most thoughtful and compassionate person I know. He is always willing to go out of his way to help someone in need.  I really adore him for this. He is so full of life, and thankful for everything we have. He is constantly looking our for me and looking for ways to better himself. Sean loves the outdoors, and anything you can do outside especially four wheeling, fishing, and canoeing. He also is very passionate about music. It always puts a smile on my face when he pulls out his guitar and plays.

This is Me
I am a 20 something college grad with my Bachelors degree in Business Administration. I am currently working at Medtronic. I am one of four girls, yes my dad is a saint!  My family is my world, I love them very much. My main passion is animals, specifically rescue. Sean and I volunteer as much as we can at our local rescue which is very rewarding. Fall is my favorite time of the year. It is so beautiful and it  never ceases to amaze me! Sean has really gotten me into outdoor activities, and I really enjoy doing them with him! One of my favorite things to do with Sean is cuddle and talk about life. We have such big dreams for ourselves, and I am so excited to see what lies ahead of us. I am so blessed with all the great things in my life!

 This is Us
Our first dance together (8th Grade)
Sean and I met in 8th grade. I guess this would make us middle school sweethearts! He was good friends with my best friend Nicole, but I didn't  know who he was.  One night she decided she wanted to prank phone call him ( I know how mature right?). So I did. After a while of talking I finally introduced myself. He knew exactly who I was, and was eager to meet me. We continued to talk, and hit it off right away...from that day on we were inseparable.  We had so much fun together, and right away I had a feeling this was something special. I know its hard to believe that considering how young we were, but we were committed. We wanted to spend a lot of time together, which was rare to find especially from a 14 year old boy! High school was definitely a challenge. I think for most people it is. Through all the ups and downs we stuck together, and never lost our love, trust, and faithfulness.  We both knew it was us against the world, and no matter what we were in it together. After graduation, we both enrolled into college staying close to home because we couldn't imagine leaving each other.
Senior Prom
On October 5th, 2008 we took our traditional Fall cabin trip together to four wheel and look at the leaves.  Sean came to a stop at a beautiful scenic overlook. We were both silent taking in the amazing scenery.  The next thing I know, Sean is down on his knee holding a ring box.  I will never forget what he said... "Jamie Leigh Sorensen will you marry me?" We both got teary eyed and of course I said yes! This was the best day of my life! We were suppose to get married this year, however with graduation around the corner, we decided it would be best for us financially to wait until September 2011.

Right after he proposed!
On September 17th 2011, we finally said I DO!! We are currently living in a beautiful town home, but we are continuing to search for the perfect house for us, our doggy Remi needs a yard badly! We are loving learning what it is to be married, each day brings something new and exciting!
