Today I am linking up with Cmae to show off my bling bling! I have loved reading about and seeing all my fellow blogging friends gorgeous rings, so today I have decided to join in on the fun!

Sean and I started dating back when we were 14.... by junior year in highschool we new we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. Sean had bought me a princess cut solitare promise ring prior that I was absolutely in love with....so when it came to talking engagement ring style, I knew I wanted something different. We had looked at rings together, talked about them a lot, and little did I know Sean was doing lots of research on the 4 c's of diamonds ( I didn't even know about these!)

I was so not expecting it when Sean proposed. A little recap of this special day for you: Every year Sean and I take a Fall cabin trip to go four wheeling and look at the beautiful leaves. When we were 20 years old we went on our anual trip...we were riding around, taking pics, having a beautiful day...next thing I know were pulling up to this breath-taking scenic overlook. He shut the wheeler off...got down and was pacing around a bit...the next thing I knew he was down on his knee!! The rest is history...

I was/am so in love with my ring...it is perfect. So sparkly, clear, and the color is incredible! When we talked about rings I ended up telling him I really liked round cut solitares. I felt like I could do so much with the band to make the solitare unique and thats just what I did!

Show and Tell!

So I recently found a new blog that I really enjoy, Brittany at Mrs. Yellow Ribbon. She hosts a fun linky party called Show and Tell Tuesday! This week she wanted to see her readers rings! So here is mine!

Did you look at rings together?
We occasionally looked at rings, and we talked about them a lot. 
Do you like your ring? Did you from the beginning?...and be honest!
I absolutely loved it! It was perfect for me, and exactly what I wanted. I couldn't stop looking at it when I first got it....I still find myself admiring its sparkle :)
How often do you wear your rings?
I wear it all day every day. I try to take it off when I shower, and I don't sleep with it on because the way I sleep it pokes my face.
Do you clean your rings?
Every time we go to the mall I try to stop off and get it cleaned! Got to keep it sparkling ;-)
What went through your mind the very first time you saw your ring?
That I was engaged to my best friend! And I of course though my ring was beautiful and couldn't wait to show it off!
